The 3H framework

Oral HealthIsn't One Thing

Habits, Hygiene, Health. Three layers that feed each other — and the framework we hold every Revoral product against before it ships.

H1What you repeat

Habits

The most advanced formulation on earth does nothing sitting in a cabinet. Habits are the layer most oral care brands quietly assume and almost none design for. We ask when a product will realistically be used, how long it takes, and what it competes with in that moment.

  • Tobacco, chai, late meals and irregular sleep all shape the oral environment.
  • A routine that needs more than sixty seconds rarely survives a bad week.
  • Behaviour change sticks when it attaches to something already happening.

H2What you remove

Hygiene

Hygiene is the mechanical and chemical layer: plaque, biofilm, stain, pH and the bacterial balance that decides whether gums stay attached. This is where formulation actually earns its place — or fails to.

  • Brushing reaches roughly 60% of tooth surface; the rest needs help.
  • Alcohol-based rinses can worsen the dryness that tobacco already causes.
  • An elevated pH helps counter the acidity that erodes enamel over time.

H3What it adds up to

Health

The mouth is not a sealed compartment. Chronic oral inflammation travels, and the mouth is often the first place a systemic problem becomes visible. Treating it as cosmetic is the expensive mistake.

  • Gum disease is associated with cardiovascular and metabolic conditions.
  • Oral lesions are frequently the earliest visible sign of tobacco harm.
  • Early detection changes outcomes more than any product ever will.

Why a framework at all

Because it keeps us honest. A product that improves hygiene but nobody uses fails H1. A habit that is easy but does nothing fails H2. Anything that does not move a health outcome fails H3. All three, or it does not ship.
